You Don’t Have to Fix Everything

Why do we always rush to fix things?

Is it guilt?

Fear of judgment?

A need to feel needed?

Or is it just a habit we’ve picked up — the need to make everything okay, even when it isn’t ours to carry?

Maybe it’s time to stop.

Not everything needs to be fixed.

Not by you. Not right now.

It’s okay to leave things as they are.

Let them be imperfect. Unresolved. Messy.

And just notice how that feels.

Note to self:

Let go of the urge to fix. Some peace lies in simply allowing.
